The church of St Donat (Dunwyd) dates from the 12th century, with additions and changes being made over the next few hundred years. The church is a Grade 1 listed building and lies in the shadow of the medieval castle of St Donat which shares the same name. The church contains a number of Norman features, and is distinguished by its Victorian stained glass, Norman font, Stradling memorial and recent Millennium Window.
